1. Dry the patients skin
2. Take out ready to use frozen pads (blue colour indicator) and remove protective foil
3. Press down for 3-5 seconds to activate the adhesive

The shelf life of the product is 3 years – so be prepared and store some pads in your freezer – just in case!
